Job Description:

  • Assist in managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Manage and distribute internal communications.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure effective flow of information.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, customers, or other external parties.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing information or routing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
  • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle discreet and confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and
    multitasking abilities.

Work Location: Chennai.
