• Needs to provide excellent customer support to patients and clients seeking appointments at a US healthcare provider facility. Skillfully addressing patient's queries and assisting clients effectively.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and ensures patient privacy.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to work in US shift/ Night Shift.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Passion to handle calls.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Any BPO or Customer Facing Role
• Working days: 5 days a week (Sat & Sun fixed Off)

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Should be flexible working for US shifts.
• Should have good typing skills (30-35 wpm).
• Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
• Should be open & flexible to align with business requirements as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A) - Any Specialization
• Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) - Any Specialization
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) - Any Specialization
