Job Description:

• Help manage end to end transition of client processes from current location in the US, to
  offshore business center, including all aspects of technology, people and processes in a
  timely and effective manner.
• Prepare or review project documentation and deliverables and assure it is complete,
  acceptable and in accordance with standards. Facilitate project status meetings with the
  project team on a regular basis and provide status.
• Participate in diagnostics studies to identify offshore outsourcing opportunities for clients
  and prepare the necessary business case or proposals.
• Handhold the process from the time the contract is signed, through the pilot phase, till the
  process becomes productive.
• Ensuring operational performance post transition is as per agreed SLA’s/ learning
  curve and other operational metrics are being managed.
• Assisting in all activities for offshore processes from concept to closure: with minimal impact
  to operational delivery.
• Risk identification and management.
• Building a good client relationship.
• Provide inputs to leadership on SLA renegotiation as and when required.
• Plan, schedule and lead periodic client conference calls and client and internal transition
  meetings, documenting all meeting actions, commitments, and decisions

Skills & Competencies Required:

• 3 - 8 years’ experience in Healthcare industry with good process knowledge e2e
  would be an advantage
• Client interfacing, Client focused and adept at managing Client Relationships
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Good in reports and presentations
• Ability to articulate technical and business concepts.
• Tracking and meeting SLA compliance.
