Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OncoSpark, Inc. (“OncoSpark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit oncospark.com and any related pages, forms, and online services that link to this Policy (the “Site”). It also describes the choices and rights available to you.

This Policy applies to the public Site. Where OncoSpark processes information on behalf of clients within our platform and any authenticated client environment, that processing is governed by our agreements with those clients and, where applicable, a data processing agreement, and not by this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, request a demo, book a consultation, subscribe to communications, apply for a role, or contact us via any form or chat surface on the Site, we collect identifiers and contact details such as name, business email, telephone number, company, job title, and the content of your message. Where you submit a job application, we may also collect the content of your resume or CV, cover letter, and other application details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies. Some of our service providers, including business-to-business visitor identification tools, may attempt to identify the company or organization associated with your IP address. These technologies are described in our Cookie Policy, and non-essential technologies are blocked until you opt in through the Enzuzo consent banner.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from analytics providers, business-to-business visitor identification providers, marketing partners, and business contact data providers, and combine it with information we already hold.

Please do not submit sensitive information through public forms. The public Site is not intended to collect sensitive personal information.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, tags, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure performance, and, where you consent, support analytics and marketing. Non-essential technologies are blocked until you opt in through the Enzuzo consent banner. Where we deploy Google’s advertising or analytics products, we apply Google Consent Mode v2 with consent set to denied by default, so those tags do not send analytics or advertising data until consent is granted. Full details, including each technology and its purpose, are in our Cookie Policy. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC).

How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
  • To respond to inquiries and contact requests.
  • To send communications you request and, where permitted, relevant marketing, from which you can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve Site performance and content, where you consent.
  • To identify business visitor organizations for account-based marketing and business development, where you consent.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To evaluate job applications where submitted.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose information to service providers and processors who act on our behalf (hosting, analytics, communications, security, backup, email delivery, business-to-business visitor identification, and bot-protection vendors), to professional advisors, and to authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property. We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, advertising, and business-to-business visitor identification cookies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under certain US state privacy laws when active. You can opt out through the Enzuzo consent banner and through a Global Privacy Control signal, as described below.

We disclose limited Site usage data to the third-party providers listed in our Cookie Policy, including Enzuzo (consent management), Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TPMM5CZT), Google Analytics 4 (via GTM), Google Fonts, Jetpack, Jetpack Boost, Sucuri, SiteGround Security, Popup Maker, and WPForms where forms are used.

Your Choices

  • Consent banner: manage cookie categories at any time through the Enzuzo banner or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer.
  • Global Privacy Control: we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser or device.
  • Marketing: unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
  • Do Not Track: because there is no common standard for browser Do Not Track signals, we respond to GPC rather than DNT.

Your US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information and access it, correct inaccuracies, delete your personal information, obtain a portable copy, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents (CCPA as amended by the CPRA)

California residents may exercise the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Job application data is retained in accordance with applicable employment and record-keeping laws.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data protection rules different from those in your jurisdiction.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law.
